Why is my xbox 360 controll really sticky and dirty?

Hi, I recently bought a Xbox 360 SLIM and its working fine, but the new all black controll keeps getting sticky when im holding it and it also gets stains under the handle bars. IS there any way to get rid of this? serious answers only.
