My brothers wife is a total cow?

Well I'm 14 and I moved in with my brother(26) and his wife(29) two months ago because my parents recently passed away and I had no other place to stay. Anyway ever since my I moved in my brothers wife has been a total ***** to me. She won't allow me to drink or smoke so basically I have a boring life and she won't let me play 18+ games or watch 18+ films so my life is pretty much ****. She also shouts and slaps me when she thinks I'm misbehaving and she put Net Nanny on my laptop so I can't view pornography or shock sites. She also drives me to school because she thinks I'll mess around with girls and she won't let me out the house past 10:00PM. Anyway yesterday I had an argument with my brothers wife because I forgot to tidy my room and it went on for ages so I called her a fat slag. She then slapped me across the face so I went outside and had a cigarette but she followed me and saw me smoking so she picked up a hammer and started heading to my room so I followed her and she got my Xbox 360 and brought it downstairs and smashed it to pieces. I then left the house and my brother phoned me and said if I come home he will buy me a new Xbox 360. So I came home and now I have a new Xbox 360. But that still doesn't change the fact that she is a ***** does it?
