PARENTS: Would you hire me based on my flyer?

I used to have a mother's helper when I was working full time while raising my young daughter. My mother's helper came recommended by a neighbor. I wouldn't have hired anybody based on a flyer. She lived across the street from us, so transportation wasn't a problem and I didn't feel bad when I only needed her for a couple of hours.
