Boss wont pay me! what should i do?

Hes just saying that so you wont get legal help. You dont need a lawyer I dont think...just a simple court case. People go to court for minor things such as this. Just lie to your boss and say you know a lawyer and are going to get the law involved unless he pays you. Im sorry though; what a dick. Answer my questions plz!
